No e-tickets will be sent in advance!

Alternatively, you may check in at the registration counter upon presentation of your proof of identity (ID card, passport).

We provide a bus shuttle service, starting at 17.30 at main entrance of the Estrel.

AM Tours

Meeting point is 14.30 at the registration desk, the busses leave at 15.00 CET.

The seats are limited to 40 (each tour) and only available for All Access Ticket holders. Pre-registration required.
The wardrobe will close before return! You can take your luggage to the excursion and leave it in the bus.
Workshops
Participation at the Workshops is limited to 40 attendees and only after registration. If there are free seats you are invited to join spontaneously. Please ask at the doors, room Strassburg & Paris.
Event photos
We will have a professional event photographer on site.
The first pictures will be shared at approx. 12:00 CET on the first conference day. We will publish the link on our website and notify speakers and attendees accordingly.

The gallery will be continuously updated with new photos during the event days. We'll do our best to capture the maximum of the agenda and exhibition - feel free to check back regularly.
Approx. one week after the show, the photos will be available in optimized form under the same weblink - feel free to check back and pick the best ones.
Take your own pictures and share them!
Take team photos and capture your memories in our photo booth or just do a photo in front of our logo wall.
Presentations / Video recordings
The slides (if authorized by the speakers for release) will be available after the conference in a password protected download area for registered attendees only. We will inform the attendees via email.
The video recordings will be published in the video library of the conference platform. The video library offers an AI-based search function to browse the transcripts of the videos for specific topics or keywords.
